Carl should be watching the Bristol race on television. They throw people out of baseball games for that kind of behavior. That was malicious, with intent. If he would've done it at Bristol, it'd be a different story.

Why should this intentional wreck be treated differently from any other? Do you think JPM should have been suspended for Daytona after he intentionally and maliciously wrecked Tony Stewart in Homestead?

NASCAR was wrong not to penalize Montoya, NASCAR was wrong not to penalize Gilliland, and the many other cases where this has happened.
One difference is, Carl has a history of using his racecar as a weapon.
Where do you cross the line? Are we gonna sit back and let this stuff continue until we kill someone.

But so does Brad Keselowski. How many times has he wrecked someone and not gotten penalized? What about Kyle Busch? Same thing.
