Today at TMS:
I arrived to the track just as Sprint Cup Second practice started.
During this practice session, John Andretti blew a motor, at least 6 cars tagged the wall, and that I know of, Jeff Burton and Mike Bliss had sufficient damage to warrant a backup car.
Jeff Gordon has won the Dickies 500 pole at a speed of 191.117 MPH. Kasey Kahne will be his companion on the front row on sunday.
Matt Kenseth will start on the pole for the O’Reilly Challenge, with Rousch-Fenway teammate David Ragan along side.
